These Silver Norwegian Solje brooches were originally meant to be worn with traditional costumes. However today they are collected and worn by admirers all over the world. There is a number 2 or perhaps an inverted 'S' next to the silver marking of 800. Viking symbols, filigree tassels and a pretty gold wash over the disks accentuate the piece.
