The matching clipback earrings are a wired design with filigree backings. Diameter is 1". Signed Japan on the necklace closure as well as on the reverse of the of the earring pair. The theme of this very rich gold tone pendant by Kenneth Lane is reminiscent of medieval illustrated manuscripts. The two birdlike figures depicted appear to be either stylized peacocks or mythical avian creatures. A gorgeous emerald green faux stone suspends at the end of the pendant in an Etruscan style. Signed on the reverse with th copyright symbol centered exactly - an early Kenneth Lane mark. Wear is minimal. Pendant in very good condition as pictured. Measures 2 1/4" by 1 3/4".
